- Service Non-Delivery: If a purchased service is not delivered or is delivered in a manner that significantly deviates from the agreed terms.

- Order ID or Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting the claim

3.3. Refund Approval
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

- Fees paid for account upgrades (e.g., increasing daily task limits) are non-refundable once the upgrade is applied.

- Payments made to task performers for completed tasks are non-refundable, as these tasks involve the effort and time of the performer.

- Services purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Disputes
- In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, users are encouraged to contact our support team to seek a resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a relevant payment provider or legal body.
